      We are very proud of our professional staff, who will work together as a team to guide you through our office beginning with your initial call to the office. We invest a great deal in keeping our staff educated and up to date on the latest technical advances and products available in the industry!

    • ClaudineClaudine, our assistant lab manager and dispensing optician, has an extraordinary talent for frame styling. She helps patients find the perfect frame shape and color for their faces and prescriptions. Her background in clothing design really shows through, as her frame selections coordinate with the patients’ own sense of style.

       

      ViryViry, our dispensing optician and contact lens technician, assists Claudine with frame styling and runs the contact lens department, ensuring our patients get proper training in lens care and fast service on their contact lens orders.

       

    • KarenKaren, our patient care coordinator and bookkeeper, also has training in optics and often assists the dispensing opticians with adjustments. She works directly with the doctors and helps the financial end of the practice run smoothly. A patient favorite, she always has a smile and a kind word for everyone!

       

      FabiFabi, our senior administrative assistant and public relations representative, runs the front desk, greets patients and helps them with their administrative needs. Fabi does the appointment scheduling, and helps patients by obtaining and explaining their insurance benefits. She handles public relation tasks as we become more involved with social media.

       

      SusanSusan, our insurance administrator, is a long-time employee in the practice. She does all of the insurance billing for major medical and Medicare, and assists patients when they have questions regarding their explanation of benefits forms. Sue is here on a part-time basis, but puts in a full-time effort!

       

    Sashel, our Medicare administrator and back-up dispensing optician, is another long-time employee and works with us every other Saturday. A full-time registered nurse, Sashel assists the doctors as needed, and helps with the Medicare administrative tasks, including patient ledger updating. She and Susan work together to help our patients navigate the sometimes confusing aspects of health insurance!
